Our Specialties

Our slogan, “본양식을 차려내는 보양식” translates to “health food prepared with precious spring herbs obtained from nature”. We pride ourselves in using wild vegetables and ginseng grown at an altitude of 730 meters in Jirisan as the primary ingredients in our nourishing meals.

Our menu is delectably good throughout the year, but spring is particularly special. You can enjoy familiar spring greens such as mugwort and shepherd’s purse, as well as rare mountain greens like cork tree and Pima grass.
