Yokaka Tourist Farm
Located amidst the backdrop of the Tangeumdae and Namhangang, the Yokaka Tourist Farm, or ‘Yokaka Camping Site’, is nestled in Geumga-myeon, Chungju-si, in the North Chungcheong Province. Approximately 10 km from the Chungju City Hall, it’s a short 20-minute drive via Tangeumdae, Seobu Circular Road, and Kimsaeng Road.
Highlights of Yokaka Tourist Farm
The campsite unfolds against the beautiful backdrop of Tangeumdae and Namhangang. The auto campsite comprises 28 crushed stone sites and 4 deck sites. The dimensions of the crushed stone sites are 8m by 9m, while the deck sites measure 5m by 6m. The campsite not only accommodates personal trailers but also welcomes caravans.
With regular maintenance of all its facilities, the campsite always stays clean and tidy. It operates throughout the year, irrespective of weekdays, weekends, or seasons. Reservations are only accepted via phone calls. The management office lends camping equipment like reel lines, barbecue grills, and heating devices.
Regardless of their size, companion animals are allowed in the campsite. The area around the campsite is bustling with major tourist attractions of Chungju, like Tangeumdae Park and Central Tower Historic Park. There are also various restaurants nearby where campers can relish their favorite dishes.
