River Caravan: A Charming Caravan Camping Site
Just as its name implies, River Caravan is a delightful camping site that offers a unique and cozy caravan experience. This quaint campground is nestled in the northern region of Hongcheon, Gangwon-do. An approximately 30-minute drive from Namchuncheon IC heading towards Namnoil Riverbank Resort will lead you straight to this lovely camping site.
River Caravan boasts seven caravans, with an additional pension house and coffee shop in operation. Two of the caravans are conveniently located on the right side of the coffee shop, while the rest are clustered near the entrance. The interior of each caravan feels just like a regular home, complete with a double-decker bed, restroom, bathroom, sink, and heating and cooling systems. An exclusive deck outside each caravan is furnished with a table, chairs, and barbecue facilities under an awning.
Experience a Hassle-free Camping with BBQ Packages
The beauty of this camping site is that it offers prepared BBQ packages, so you can arrive empty-handed and still enjoy a great camping experience. There are two types of packages to choose from: ‘Soya’ and ‘Piggy’. The ‘Soya’ package, priced at 50,000 won per person, includes beef sirloin, sausage, shrimp, and steamed eggs. The ‘Piggy’ package, on the other hand, offers pork belly or neck instead of beef sirloin and is priced at 30,000 won per person.
