Easily reachable within 10 minutes from the Seorak IC on the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway in the direction of Cheongpyeong and Seorak, one might find it surprising to discover such a well-maintained camping site tucked away just off the 37th national highway, against a backdrop of forestland.
Features and Accommodations
The site offers 18 auto camping spots and 26 glamping spots. Each site provides space for setting up a tarp beyond the tent zone, thus ensuring additional room for campers. The glamping spots are equipped with large tents instead of cabanas, and they’re outfitted with tables, chairs, cooking utensils, dish sets, and ice boxes to ensure a comfortable stay. To demarcate each site clearly, Ginkgo trees have been planted in between.
The Easy Camping Site also features various sculptures, including aliens and Indians, placed throughout the area, providing perfect photo opportunities for campers. A stage for performances and a playground and swimming pool for children are also available. The camping site is situated right in front of a valley that offers safe water play due to its moderate water depth.
