Introduction

The Tonggosan Natural Recreation Forest Campground is located in Geumgangsong-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk. Situated approximately 31km from Uljin County Office, it’s a 40-minute drive via Uljin North Road, Bullyeonggyegok Road, and National Road 36. The campground is nestled within the national Tonggosan Natural Recreation Forest, offering campers the opportunity to relish in the pristine beauty of nature while camping in a lush forest.

The campground features 30 general campsites spread over three areas, all with dirt floors. The site sizes vary, with twelve measuring 3.6m by 3.6m, ten at 3.6m by 3.2m, and eight at 2.8m by 2.8m. Please note that personal trailers or caravans are not permitted. The campground operates on both weekdays and weekends, with a closure period from November to April every year.
